Mission Control
Check in, anywhere, any time!
Our user-friendly, online portal is perfect for busy, multitasking types. Within minutes you can print your own consignment note and accompanying label, correlating to our Track and Trace and Proof of Delivery systems, for live, updated information on your consignment’s status and whereabouts (whether in a warehouse, in-transit or delivered), and that’s any day or hour of the week.
All freight is barcoded and scanned using a streamlined system. You simply enter your unique identity or relevant purchase order number to search and track. The Proof of Delivery service is available for online and phone bookings and better still, you don’t have to wait for office hours to confirm your freight’s status.
You can even opt to receive regular email notifications, (linked to your Coastal Midwest Transport account), on your freight’s progress and final destination.
Our exceptional, helpful team will happily assist if you don’t consider yourself technically savvy, or you’d just prefer to speak to someone who can enter the details for you.
